Attchment not visible in ITS Web GUI

Hello Experts,

We are facing a strange issue after reverse proxy migration, as of now external users are attaching file in a custom transaction iview from external facing portal , flow is from reverse proxy to ITS server to backend FILO box.

we found that attchment refrence is getting stored in backend but some how after attaching it is not appearing in attchment list in transaction iview.

We did some JVM tracing and found nothing useful.Also

if any of you encounter such kind of issues then please share your experiences any help or suggestions are very helpful.

Is the ITS Server - a standalone ITS 6.20 OR the Integrated ITS 640/700?

From re-reading the first post - this sounds like a application issue rather than ITS. I thought the issue was that via the Proxy the document was not getting uploaded. Does it make a difference if the Reverse Proxy Server is not used and you connect directly to the ITS 6.20?

Upload works when performing the activity through intranet but fails when done externally. Any idea what could be the issue.

Problem resolved by maintaing some IP settings in ITS system
