Integration Of Recruitment data using SAP PI

Dear Experts,

i have a requirement where i need to integrate the recruitment data from the sql server to successfactors. Here my query is what are the pre-requisites that i have to do and what is the api i need to use ? i guess the api jobrequisition . Correct me if i am wrong.

Hello Santhosh,

Your asking the XSD structure?that you can check with SF consultant and select required fields.

you can alternatively form the XSD using eclipse also,refer the below link.

Thanks for your confirmation. So in such case can i use the job requisition API for integration of recruitment data? i have checked all the fields as per the Rds package. it contains most of fields. i guess we can use this . please correct me if i am wrong.

You can SFSF adapter as receiver to post data to SF.

Dear Raghu,

i am not integrating the data between the SAP HCM and Successfactors. So it is not possible to go with the standard content. the data is present in the SQL server from there i need to integrate the data. due to this we need to develop the customised integration. Please correct me if i am wrong.

You can use the standard content by using soap adapter and deploying Axis drivers for Soap which are used to store Session Id cookies.

In that case we have to go for the customized interface right. i have cross checked the job requisition api for the elements and it contains all the elements. and that to the data is present in the sql server Not in SAP HCM. so i cannot use the standard content. Please suggest me.

The standard contents are available for recruitment integration also under-SFIHCM02

And standard contents are not supported for SFSF adapter,check note-1964868

we are not having the employee central . So we are not using the standard integration. and one more query can we use the sfsf communication channel if we use the standard integration for recruitment module? Please let me know

You need to have connectivity add on installed in PI system and generate queries,You can refer the below links.

And as far as i know Api will be only one,you can select it based it on the data center,
