Integration Of Recruitment data using SAP PI

Dear Experts,

i have a requirement where i need to integrate the recruitment data from the sql server to successfactors. Here my query is what are the pre-requisites that i have to do and what is the api i need to use ? i guess the api jobrequisition . Correct me if i am wrong.
