I wont open file from view "Business Context" (Service Ticket) but the link dosn't work .
Have you help me ?

I already had that problem at IC Webclient with add-on for service industries sp1, and only resolved after implementing note 606745. But you should follow Jonh's advice
OSS support is really very good, and already resolved me many software problems.

The link is present, but doesn't work. When I click the link the system doesn't do nothing.
