    Hello Fillipo,

I already had that problem at IC Webclient with add-on for service industries sp1, and only resolved after implementing note 606745. But you should follow Jonh's advice 😊

OSS support is really very good, and already resolved me many software problems.

Good luck and best regards from a very hot day at Lisbon

The link is present, but doesn't work. When I click the link the system doesn't do nothing.

    Thank for your help .

Filippo, you need to give me a little more detail, do you receive any errors or does the screen remain blank? In the latter case please check whether your services are all running correctly, Tiest.

    Hello Filippo,

For problems that appear to be bugs in the software, such as the issue below, please log an OSS message via the SAP Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com.

    Best Regards,

    John
