XSD Problem, unable to convert it into WSDL

Hi

I am trying to use the XSD, created from XMLSpy which seems fine at the first look. Until I use this as the External definitions in XI.

The XI gives an error

As mentioned in the error message, you need to make sure that you have selected the correct category. Ensure that you have selected XSD from the Category drop down, not WSDL (the default). Also looks like you have non-UTF-8 chars in there which you will have to change.

On which stack level are you? I know that from stack level 11 XI can handle a lot more complex XSD definitions than before this level!

Hi swetank,

Try to save the XSD as XSD conforming to the

W3C XML schema and then import it in to XI.

You will be able to generate the WSDL based on the XSD imported.
