PM - Calibration Lot Rejected during UD

Hi,

Calibration lot for an equipment is rejected During Usage decision, Please provide the process steps has to be followed to complete the Maintenance for that equipment in Plant Maintenance.

I hope you have followed steps :-

IA05- Create General Task list(Enter inspection point :300,operation,inspection characteritics to the operation,usage)

IP01-Create maintenance plan( Use maintenance strategy of plant,enter equipment, select general task list for plan the equipment,enter call horizon,planning cycle scheduling period)

IP10-Schedule the plan Schedule the plan for the quantity with frequency defined in the plan.Which schedule the according to the schedule date.Schedule date generates pm order for the plan on due date.

IW33-Display order.

QE51-Calibration result recording for equipment- Gives status for result i.e ok or not ok.

QA11-Lot usage decision

Now if Lot is rejected generally process followed is

1."Change the status of the equipment to rejected"

2.decide upon whether that equipment is to be scrapped or repaired.

3.if to be scraped then change status in equipment master to "scrap" and physically dispose the equipment.

4. if to be repaired the by inventory T codes move equipment to repair center and bring back with same T codes like MB1b-->

I am unable to find status updation for equipment, Please give me idea where should we have to set equipment status as "SCRAP".

You have to activate the User Status in Equipment in customization...
