Object or set with GUID 0000000000000000 doesnt exist

User is in SRM 7.01. He uses both portal and NWBC. WHen he launches the "SRM User settings" link, he gets an error "Object or set with GUID 0000000000000000 doesnt exist". Busines partner details are maintained for the logged in user. Any suggestions on what the issue could be ?

can you check RZ20 node SAP EnterpriseBuyer Monitors and check you can get any relevant error!!!

Hi Soumyaprakash,

I went to the transaction RZ20, expanded the node mentioned by you and checked the status. All are green.

Also checked the user administration under the main node. It's also green.

Any other settings which needs to be checked ?
