Hi,

Running uperform 3.01.0.

My publishing queue has 3 documents with status "Waiting", they dont get published. Is there a way to push them out?

I've restarted the services.

Hi there,

Can you please test publishing one or two uPerform documents locally?

Publishing works fine or produces error?

1. Go on your uPerform Server and open the Services application.

2. Stop the Common Apache Solr - <instance Name> service followed by the

Vignette services.

3. Start the Common Apache Solr - <instance Name> service.

4. Go to http://<yourSolrserverURL>:8983. Make sure that it is

accessible.

5. Start the Vignette services.

6. Stop and start the RWD Monitoring Service.

Then:

1. Click Administration on the left menu.

2. Click Server Administration in the Administration area.

3. Click Global Settings in the Server Administration area.

4. Click Recreate Search Database.

This process may take several minutes.

If problem persists, do you receive any errors on the following logs?

##Servererrors.xml log in Collaboration\www\uPerformWS\log\

##CollabConsole.txt from
Collaboration\logs

##Gilog.txt from
Collaboration\logs

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Matthew

Hi Erick,

What SPP version are you on?

Try the following steps in this order:

1)#Stop Message Queuing service on the uPerform Web Application server.
2)#Stop RWD Monitoring service on the uPerform Web Application server.
3)#Stop WWW Publishing service on the uPerform Web Application server.
4)#Stop Vignette Collaboration service on the uPerform Web Application
server.
5)#Stop the Common Apache SOLR service on the uPerform Search server.
6)#Start Message Queuing service on the uPerform Web Application server.
7)#Start RWD Monitoring service on the uPerform Web Application server.
8)#Start WWW Publishing service on the uPerform Web Application server.
9)#Start the Common Apache SOLR service on the uPerform Search server.
10)#Open http://<servername>:8983 in Internet Explorer. You should see
the Welcome to SOLR screen once this is successful.
11)#Start Vignette Collaboration service on the uPerform Web Application
server.
12)#Enter http://<uPerformWebAppURL>:8080
13)#You should see a Vignette Collaboration Login screen (Do Not Login);
if not, enter the command in Step (12) a few times until you see it.
14)#All the services have been successfully restarted once you can see
the correct screens in Step (10) and (13).
15)#Now logon onto the uPerform website as an administrator (or yourself
if you have admin rights)
16)#Let us know whether you can see the normal uPerform website?

Hi Matthew

Since 2 weeks behind, the issue was cleared. Think that exist a little "bug" in SAP Productivity Pak 4.4, 'cause had 20 documents published, and when execute "Publish all", all documents has status "Waiting", no ones it free for the publish.

For to clear this issue, had that "to do" the steps above than you say, the status again has "Publish", and one by one, need publish it.

Hope, that ANCILE free a fix for that issue.
