After deleting recipe with C298, table entry in MAPL is not getting deleted

Dear all,

I have deleted a group counter of a recipe with C298.

But its entry still exists in table MAPL.

I am getting following messages:

Task List Has Been Reorganized

Task list B3000161 1 (type 2) was changed after archiving

Please help.

Issue is that you can not go to Recipe Header once the recipe is marked for deletion. So you can't change the material assignments either. I don't have the solution yet.

i think you should see a deletion flag in MAPL for that recipe..I remember we will run a program to clear it..I don't quite remember the name..

Thanks for the reply.

As you suggested to check deletion flag in MAPL for the recipe, I checked, but there is no field such as 'deletion flag' in MAPL.

In MAPL deletion indicator is not set for the recipe. In table PLKO there is deletion indicator set for the recipe but no deletion flag.

The group counter of the recipe is not visible in C203.

But when I deleted it from C298, its table entry in both MAPL & PLKO should also get deleted. But that is not happening.

Is there any other way by which the table entries in MAPL & PLKO will get deleted?

Hi Sagar,

Go to C202, enter the material & plant, you will get a screen to select the grp counter.

In this screen itself, there is a Material Assignment tab, go to this tab and delete the material assignment for the recipe you want to delete. You will then see a deletion indicator in MAPL for this recipe.
