Leave Encashment

hello gurus.

we have given leave encashment upto 31.12.2011.

but it is stop for jan 2012.

we generate Time Quota Compensation using info type 0146 for 31.01.2012.

we also generated leave quota for jan 2012.

but it does nigher coming in pay slip nor in payment.

please help me.

Dear Riten,

Post your query very clear.

Your quota balance as of 31.12.2011, Ex.70

Your opening balance for 2012 jan 70+ new quota (PL)+20 = 90

You would like to encash 20. Ok

Then presently you are processing these thru 0416 i hope,

so after this you need write a pcr to conver the no. of leave into amount and need to insert in Payroll schema, after P0416 function.

You need to pass amount to wagetype and that has to be mention in Remuneration statement in addition side,

You are on right path, it will resolve
