Inclusion of QUAN fields in structure BAPI_TE_E1MARA

Hello Experts,

I want to add QUAN and DEC fields in structure BAPI_TE_E1MARA.Since the enhancement category of this structure is (Can be enhanced(character - type)) i am unable to do the same .Please help

You have already observed that you cannot add non-character fields to this structure. Therefore, it would appear that you need to add character fields (if appropriate) and convert your quan and dec values to characters.

Yes it can be done in that way.SAP automatically converts the character to quantity and numeric fields.
