Replication of BP from CRM to R/3

Hi all,

I got a problem in moving the business partner form CRM 4.0 to R/3 backend. In doing so, a mBDoc gets generated with the status 'sent to receivers ( not all have confirmed )' and when i see the error detail, it says 'Make an entry in all required fields'.

I've double checked the mappings of BP groupings, classifications and account groups in both the system ( especially in tcode PIDE of R/3 ). Everything is fine. I even tried by setting all the fields in R/3 as 'optional entry' in the field status group.

Am i to do any settings other than this.

Please Respond immediately.. its very urgent for me.
