Need Plant Code for Tax GL in SAP

Dear Expert,

My User need Plant Code in for Cenvat, Education cess, Secondlry Education cess GL A/C. I checked in field status for each gl, for all account its optional only. But in PO, GR and MIRO for all places Plant Picking. But at the time of MIRO this a/c generate automatically, in this account its not updating plant detail.

Kindly give me a solution.
