Integrated Planning - Aggregates

Hi Friends !

We have the IP project in the development stage. We need to build the aggregates. When I read the IP SAP books, it says "Aggregates should be below the MP" but I heard somewhere aggregates should be above the MP. I browsed the forums but wasnt clear. Can you please advise & confirm? Thanks.
