Respected Sir/Madam,

I have got an issue.whenever i will open Delivery doc. after filling all the data including quantity when i will say "ADD" its showing quantity is in minus value.After this I purchased some goods and my warehouse has also been updated but Instock is in Disable mode.Once again I started doing delivery but its still showing "quantity is in minus value".Please help me out from this.

Hi!

On the Item Master -> Inventory Tab check the Manage inventory by warehouse. And try to add the delivery

Is this issue happing for any particular itemcode or for all.

Are you able to post GRN for the item.

Run Inventory Audit Report and Check

What is the output for the below query

Select * from OINM Where ItemCode =''

What is your SAP B1 version and PL.

Please log a support message to SAP.

Hi,

You need to recreate this delivery after you have updated the Item onhand.

please check your Item Master Data, you should check the ff. tick boxes

Inventory Item

Sales Item

Purchase Item

then update your Item Master data.

Its already there sir ,but still not working and Instock is also not updating its only showing committed,ordered and Available Data.Please help me out.
