Pl let me know how to Add New Charecteristis when comption group is maintai

Hi,

If not updated the Planning area in the consumption group it allows to deactivate the MPOS to add the New characteristic, But if we maintain that Planning Area in consumption group than it is not allowing to deactivate MPOS to add the New characteristics ,even it is not allowing to delete the consumption group if i want o correct

Please let me know how to add the New characteristic in MPOS with or without touching the consumption group

Hello KKK,

You cannot deactivate an MPOS, if the linked planning area has consumption group assigned.

Normally you should delete the consumption group first, but you'll need to delete all dependent orders ...

An alternative way is that, you can change the planning area linked to the consumption group to another planning area temprarily in /sapapo/csp1. Then you'll be able to deactivate the MPOS (of course you need to deactivate all linked planning areas first).
