Downloading files from SDN

Hello!

Currently I have a very bad Internet connection which has to fight the way through a wireless bridge too, which breaks every few minutes. When I want to download some document from SDN (like 7Mb PDF file), I can only do standard right mouse click and "Save Target As", which works fine only if a document is downloaded without interruption.

My attempts to capture a document in a generic download manager were unsuccessfull and there's no option of adding to SAP Download Manager neither. I suggest enabling one of these options or both. Or, am I missing something?
