ACT_UPG error(PERFORM_NOT_FOUND/CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM)

Dear all,

I got EHP4 Attatch error,

At ACT_UPG phase

ACT_UPG phase continue running,

When I was examing lgofile, I found short-dump .

this error repeat occurred error and continue activation.

I stoped Shadow instance , and Atattched note 1631790(RDDMASGL) .

I tryed re-Actvation, but short-dump still appeared.

What solution would you do?

Error analysis

An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.

The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM', was

not caught in

procedure "DD_RANGE_SELECT" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING

clause.

Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the

exception would occur, the current program is terminated.

The reason for the exception is:

The program "SAPLSDS1" is meant to execute an external PERFORM,

namely the routine "MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS " of the program "RADMASDSC ",

but

this routine does not exist.

This may be due to any of the following reasons:

1. One of the programs "SAPLSDS1" or "RADMASDSC " is currently being developed.

The name "MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS " of the called routine may be incorrect,

or

the routine "MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS " is not yet implemented in the

program "RADMASDSC ".

2. If the program SAPMSSY1 is involved in the runtime error, one of

the function modules called via RFC is not flagged as remote-capable.

(see Transaction SE37 Goto -> Administration -> RFC flag)

3. There is an inconsistency in the system. The versions of the

programs "SAPLSDS1" and "RADMASDSC " do not match.

Hi

It's difficult to read it, although It seems that the system doesn't find a subroutine. If you have created a new VOFM and set it in any customizing tool (requirement, formula, etc...) perhaps the system doesn't find it because you need run the report RV80HGEN. See Note 327220 - VOFM function and its objects.

Hi!

Could you please copy here the part where you called the PERFORM MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS statement?

Please check also if the subroutine is in RADMASDSC and that the spelling is correct.

Thanks for your advance.

I cannot find out "FORM MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS" in RADMASDSC.

Last month I had done attached EHP4 from ERP 6.0/7.01 at Develpoment System.

"FORM MA_TABLES_OF_BUFFERED_VIEWS" in RADMASDSC exists at Develpment system.

I did same operation QAS System as Development systems .

I asked SAP Helpdesk yesterday.

There is no guarantee, I can not replace program RADMASDSC.

Are there any good ideas?
