serial number issue

Dear all,

The issue as follows u2013

1) The material gr on dt. 24/12/2011 (Mb31)

2) Material invoiced & dispatched on 24/12/2011

3) The serial number status is still EDEL, ESTO whereas user status is ESTO

4) Also the stock is still showing in storage location BSR whereas material already dispatched

5) The problem are with 4 materials

As per situation, we can do status ECUS by manual transaction with special function. As both user & system status is ECUS we can take inventory count for the same to reduce/consume the stock.

Please suggest that whether the above solution is feasible in such situation or not.

Or any other suggestion. also please suugest its implication.

Question is unanswred, doing my method - takin inventory count, & marking serial numbers ECUS status by special serial function (manual transaction) as no conmfig allowed.

Please check that four materials materiel master whether these materials with Batch Management is maintained or not ?

Look up it's history through program RISERNR1 and also action log before you change the status manually. Normally the status won't change if there is some step missing (system status is workflow maintained in SAP)

IQ03 >> Extras >> Action log

also check "Display changes", "Administrative info"

Also click on the blue icon "i" beside status and click on Extras >> Change Documents >> All

the double click on each line item to see who made changes which affected the status.

Dear,

The delivery was domestic, as its inmvoice is allready made, its not possible to reverse the same. The stock is still showing at location.

At the time between gr & delivery somewhere due to some problem serial numbers not attached, whereas at time of delivery the serial numbers are available.

The config. are not allowed here, thats why on front end is there any possibility to solve the same ?
