UNABLE TO DO CLIENT DELETION

Hi

Im trying to delete a client with the virtual user i.e SAP* and password as PASS,as im not able to create a user in that client as it asking to maintain company address...and when im trying to provide the company address its not giving any F4 fields to choose...is there any solution where i can delete the client.
