ERROR while doing data collection

When I am doing data collection at one of my operation I am getting the ERROR screen

AN INTERNAL ERROR OCCURRED: Contact technical support

I had done all the basis configuration in ME like Data collection , POD maintenance , Shop Maintenance, SO Release.

Can someone help
