BO4 - No CMS is configured as an auditor message.

tnsmaes fine and can communicate via sqlplus to the audit datasource fine.

What is causing this.

How can we resolve.

Notice in central management server command line mentions - noaduditor but cannot change this.

Hi Philip,

Usually this errors are due when you have a connectivity problem between BO and your Audit DB.

Have a look at the following note, it might help you:

Thanks for suggestion but not the case here.

can communicate fine from server to audit database schema via sqlplus.

Notice the central management server has a -noauditor switch and auditing page says client auditing not available.

Cannot change the central management server command line switch to remove the -noauditor part

Any idea how to do this - ano other idea?

Tried original datasource we had

Changed pwd from 14 to 8 characters - seems O.K now.

Screen looks to show a 8 digit limit on length for audit pwd.

Hi,

Yes

We changed the pwd on the oracle audit schema to have less than 8 characters and this reolved it.

Hope this helps!

Thanks
