Rebate partial Settlement

Dear Friends,

I am getting struck up in a rebate partial settlement

1. I have created Rebate agreement for a customer with 3% for one year validity - 01.12.2011 to 30.11.2012

2. I have created a Invoice during December 2011 where system picked the rebate and i have settled the same using VB(7

the value is picking up correctly.

3. Now the issue is when i create a invoice for this month 25.01.2012 and try to do the same using VB(7, system was picking

last month value also and create the partial rebate settlement.

Am i doing wrong at the time of selection

in VB(7 i am using

Validity end date before 31.11.2011

Settlement date 31.01.2012

Kindly provide me with the solution..
