RFC logon balancing logon failed, why?

Hi consultant,

Please see attachment. rfcthcli.exe tests result. I have checked telnet <ap> <port> , SMGW, rfcthcli.exe but still can't identify the source of the problem. Please see screenshot in my ftp site.

- is the gateway on instance 39 (gwrd) up and running ? check from the OS processes

- use niping tool to test the connection '192.168.28.114:3339' at OS level

- check gateway trace, dev_rd
