How can I determine if a TO cannot be created for a TR?

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone knows a neat way to determine if the system has tried to create a TO for a TR and failed for whatever reason - no stock, etc.

I want to write a program that addresses these types of TRs only and wondered if there might be a flag or field somewhere that indicated that the system had tried to create a TO and failed.
