line item check box not selected at the time of gl creation

Hi,

this is umar. I created expencess account in sap (fs00).user can post business trasactions in sap Production server.

the can trying to see line item data it can not be displayed in fbl3n.the consultant find out the problem expencess general ledger account level line item check not selected.that is problem.

how to reslove the above problem .

any body can help me
