Where can the communication details (e-mail) be maintained

Hi Expert,

we are on SRM 7.0 Ehp 1 Level 5.

I would like to send an e-mail to the SC requester in case of SC rejection by a approver.

The system doesn't send a e-mail for some users.

I've debugged this and found out that the system doesn't find an e-mail address for these users.

I've checked the users which are working and the ones which are not. For both an e-mail address is maintained in su01.

But in transaction BP there is no e-mail address for both

    Hello Stefan,

    User's Business Partner address used comes from employee relationship, not directly from Business Partner.

    Launch BP transaction. Populate Business Partner Number in order to display its data.

    Then, in tool bar, click onto "Relationships" button. You will have now a row called "Is Employee of". Double click onto this line.

    E-mail populated here is the one used for Business Partner and displayed inside Portal ( SRM Administration > Employees > "Position" tab ).

    OSS notes [1485918 - HRALX: Work center data is lost|] and [1520075 - HRALX: E-mail address is not copied to BP-BP relationship|] should solve your problem.

    All available corrections of the area of business partner integration are linked to the notes 550055 and 934372.
