Modify record resulting with Inspection lot

I have created an inspection lot , i have also recorded the results according to my plan.

However there was a change in the inspection characteristics so i modified my plan .

But i had already recorded the results as per my old plan now i want to modify the recording.

I have not given the UD .

can I modify ?
