Hi Experts,
I am want to send a BDOC data from SAP CRM to PI. Is there any adapter for BDOCs in PI for the same?
What is the best option to send BDOC to PI?
Thanks
Gopal
Hi,
>>>What is the best option to send BDOC to PI?
there are many ways but the most standard is to generate an IDOC from the Bdoc and send it to PI using the most common IDOC adapter
you can generate an IDOC from most BDOCs and most of them already have corresponding idocs - so you just need to search for that

hi,
all of the steps CRMXIF_C1, smoaec, rfc dest, etc. to send this IDOC are described here:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/HOME/BasicDataexchangesetupforALE+IDocs
it's just that the screenshots are mixed up
is that what you needed ?

Hi Michal,
I went through the link you have given and found that all the setup/configuration mentioned there is already done in my SAP CRM system as well. But still idoc is not triggering. I am checking the idoc via WE02 in CRM system and it is not listed there. But BDOC is getting triggered.
In the CRM webgUI I created a new service request. On save, I found that it has triggered the BDOC.
What else could be missing?
Thanks
Gopal
Hi Gopal,
I think you can use CRM Middileware tools to communicate with CRM and Othersystems..
but for reference here is one link :

have a look.
