Instal v7.5, Need AntiXss 1.5 but no longer available

I am going through an install of BPC 7.5 and I need the AntiXss Library V1.5 Installer but it doesn't seem to be available on Microsoft's website anymore. I've followed several links found here in the forums and still no luck. Does anyone know where I can find a legit install for this?
