Missing User groups and users in CMC

Hi,

I have only one Prod server there is no Dev, QA, Backup and when I log into CMC today I noticed I'm missing three User groups out of 20 and every usergroup is also missing some of it users. I'm really confused now what to do and how to get those user groups and their respective users back into CMC once again.
