Dynamic Actions when Action Type - 60 - Transfer Applicant Data

I want to set up an dynamic action in order to send some information stored in Applicant Infotypes to Personnel Infotypes, when an Applicant becames on Employees. Example:

04 901 P P0000-MASSN='60'

04 902 I DEL,0019,Z1/S

04 903 I INS,0019,Z1

04 907 W P0019-TERMN=RP50D-DATE1

the problem is that in the program ZRP9003, I don't know how to write ABAP code in order to read data from Applicant Infotypes for the PERNR I'm hiring. (to read the PB* tables for my PERNR)

A straight forward way to transfer Recruitment data when an applicant becomes an employee is to make sure that the FC value on table T529A is set to '7' for the action you would use to perform this process. Hope this helps!

No, when I'm executing Action '60' - Transfer Applicant data , I need to transfer data from IT9003 (in which I store some Applicant data) to Infotype 0019 for the new Employee Number. Basicly, being the same person I need to find a way to link an Applicant to an Employee. And the question was if somebody knows how to.
