Wrong ESI Calculation

Hi All,

I have maintained the ESI deduction as 1.75-EE, 4.75-ER .

The total gross of the employee is 8200 ,so idealy the ESI EMP Contri should be--144 where as it is coming as 121.

Even the same is happening with ER Contri ,here i am sharing the RT please guide me.
