How to navigate from window of one view to another view?

Hi Guys,

I've 2 views(main view and empty view) and 3 windows( Create, Modification and Deletion) for main view. I am checking authorization in Create window's WDDOINIT. If there is no authorization, I've to call empty view and trigger that authorization error message there. So guys help me to do this.
