Customer Allocation Report

Hi,

A client of mine is asking for a report that will bring back the list of allocations for a specific customer.

Right now they are taking a more manual approach by going to the Business Partner Master Data and selecting the Current Balance Icon [left] then exporting to Excel. She then manually goes down the list of Invoices, etc, and matches them up with each other to show her where all the costs for that specific customer get allocated too. (this is by request of this customer as they want to know where the money is allocated too)

Hopefully this makes sense; but is there any report like this?

    Hi Jamie,

    Sounds like this customer could really use a query based report. Best would probably be to use the main financials tables OJDT and JDT1, and the customers table OCRD, but that, and what other tables you may or may not need, does depend entirely on the specifics of what the customer needs. I.e. what costs, allocated how, in other words what does the customer specifically mean when she says "costs" and "allocate".

    Hi,

    If you are looking for the credits being applied to which Invoice and where the Balance Due values of the Invoice remains, you can check the Customer Receivable Aging Report.

    However, still your question is a bit unclear and would want to have more explanation in order to direct you if nay such report is possible. The above report is referred based on my understanding.
