Decimal not accepting at VK11

Hi,

When i am trying to give condition value at VK11 as 100.00 system not allowing the decimals, instead of that it is showing as 100,000. I can maintain price for 100 instead of 1 to match the condition value,but I want to know Why it is taking into this manner and how to solve this ?

SU01 Defaults-Decimal Notation 1,234,567.89 this is fine, what's next ?
