ABAP proxy using AAE : 401 Un authorized error

Hello experts,

We have upgraded Erecruitement box from EHP4 to EHP5. Before ugprade, proxy AAE scenario was working fine but after upgrade, we have tested our scenario and giving below error.

Interface : Proxy(Erecruitement) to File

We have developed custom proxy in Erecruitement box.

Using AAE for proxy (check all the configuration, all looks fine) (RFC destination type G also created, tested the connection)

also checked user role and permission.
