how to display change documents , for one or more versions

can you please tell me , t code to see the report of change documents for one or more versions

as i have activate version management

If you want some report which needs to be executed via some transaction code to display all the PO changes, i suggest you to write a program by getting help from your techincal team and use the tables CDHDR & CDPOS for the same.

Table : EREV ( Version in Purchasing ) , where u can find in details on table.

However on transaction as mentioned above you can go through dynamic selection criteria to ME5A, ME80FN ,ME2N.

Here u cann't find the all versions for individual P.O.

For PR

Go to ME5A - select dynamic selection indicator(next to execute button) - Select pur req. - and double click revision level - now enter your revision level which you want to see.

For PO

Go to ME80FN - select dynamic selection indicator - purchase document header - double click version - enter your version level

As suggested by all, there is no specific t-code, You can use T-code ME5A, ME80FN, ME2N, with using Dynamic selections properties (Shift + F4) or changing the layout of report to meet your requirement,

apart from that 1 option you can use is T-code AUT 10, enter your transaction, start date, end date & transaction code say ME22N & execute, also you can try SAP Query T-code SQVI check if it helps you anyway.

Or Ask your ABAPER to develop a report considering following tables,

CDHDR - Header Change

CDPOS - Item Change

EREV - Version Change

You will get the Versions tab in the document itself Like for PR in Me53N and for PO in ME23N in at header level
