Change in Additional HRA Calculation


Hi Dear Experts,

In our system u2013 Currently the Additional HRA is paid based on the actually attendance, there wants to change in calculation with respect to Add HRA which is to be implemented from Dec 2011. The calculation is given below for your reference.

Add HRA = if the attendance for the month is greater than 20 days = Full Add HRA to be paid else.

And less then 20days actual Add HRA Amt/month date X actual working days (Exp. 3500/30X18=2100).

So please reply how can I change in customizing pleease suggest...
