Is there any way to read sap portal user settings using web dynpro java code?

Thanks for your reply.
Actually I wanted this thing to be achieved: When we do right click on portal screen we'll get an option "User Settings"-->More.
Usually I get the below screen, once I click on "More".(for a table)
I want this property (set "visible rows" of table) to be visible directly on portal screen (without right click-->User settings -->More-->Set Visible Rows). Is there any way to do that?
