Copying Fixed Asset Setup Using Copy Express

I do not see where in Copy Express you can copy over the Fixed Asset setup. Should Copy Express be able to copy over the Fixed Asset Setup? If not, what is the best/easiest way to copy over the Fixed Asset setup from one datbase to another.
