IP notes updates not reflecting in static note

Hi Gurus

We have a scenario where users are saving data in input note ABC but it is not feeding through to Static note XYZ.

" The BCS IP Notes Report shows that ABC was completed for XYZ by User 111 for period 11 on 20th Dec 2011 @ 16.29

The Status Details on the Collect Notes Task on the Monitor for XYZ for Period 11.2012 shows that it was last updated on 20th Dec 2011 @ 11.55.

Therefore the information input will have saved to IP but not fed through to the Static Report.

SOLUTION - Re-run Notes Collection for p11.2012 for XYZ and again for p12 "

The paragraph above is solution given by one of my colleague,i am a BW guy with no knowledge of BCS and i tried figuring out all this info from UCMON but could find out how to know when input note was run for XYZ at what period.

UCMON gives me hierarchy based info but i cannot find a way to figure out when was ABC run for XYZ,

Assist me with this!!!!
