Publish Web Template from BW3.5 to EP6 SP2

Hi,

I am trying to publish web template from BW3.5 to EP6 SP2 (running on SAP J2EE Engine 6.20). It seems that from the Web Designer, it cannot see the directory content of the EP server. It keeps flagging system error. I am supposed to follow the step in Import BW Certificate according to this link :

But I cannot seem to perform this step as the SAP J2EE Engine 6.20 is different from WAS 6.40. How do I implement this step (the above URL) in SAP J2EE Engine 6.20?
