Measuring Counter

Hi Experts.

I have created Measuring Point for an equipment and through that measuring point i created a Multiple Counter Maintenance Plan where i given Cycle Length 200 Hours.

But when i scheduled the Plan and later on when measuring Documents created with 210 Hrs total reading.Even though i am refreshing schedule through IP10 system is not generating the Job Card.In multiple counter i have selected Or Link.

I tried same by doing single cycle Performance base but there also i am unable to get the Call object.

Can you guide me where i am missing step.

Equipment is also in Created Status.
