E-mail sent from SAP with Sensitivity "Private" needs to be removed

Hi Experts,

As per our customer requirement, for every customer after sales order creation we are sending an E-mail from SAP using some special user ID (User Type "Service"). The E-mail functionality related coding we maintained in MV45AFZZ only. After the BASIS setup E-mail functionality is working fine.

But issue is, when ever user receives the E-mail in OUTLOOK its appearing with sensitivity "Private". Because of this issue, It is causing problems for the Customer Operations team. So now users are asking us to remove this sensitivity "Private".

Can any body help us on this. We tried to figure out in SAP side but we didnt find any solution
