HTML Collection Renderer - EP6.0 SP2 ... returns JAVA error

I have gone through SAP's "How-to Configure the HTML Collection Renderer for the KM flxible user interface [March, 2004]" paper, and get a JAVA error in the iview thrown by the KMDocinfo.html (but no error when the html is displayed in KM)

The error is:

Error during parsing document: javax.swing.text.ChangedCharSetException

Does anybody have a workaround for this?
