Defaulting Priority in Service Request

Hi ,

We have a option for defaulting Priority (under CUSTOMIZING HEADER in spro for that Transaction type) in Business activity in CRM.

Like wise is it possible to default the priority in Service request in CRM. Iam not able to see that option under Customizibg header for this transaction category.

pl suggest.

    Hi Babu,

    You have to assign transaction category BUS2000126 (business activity) to your service request transaction, and there (at customizing header) define the default priority to your service request.
