I'm Implementing Career and Succession Planning with TREX.
Most of the time when I do a talent search from the "Talent Management Specialist" role (TREX), the entries return as Blank lines.
We have applied note 1501286, and it seemed to have solved the problem... but it didn't.
After investigation, we found that....
After we index the connectors, and all of them has become active, the search results are:
- blank for about 10 minutes after activation,
- then works for about 5 minutes,
-then blank again until we re-index them again.
By 'blank' I mean there are result 'lines', but no text appear in them.
This is the strangest thing I have ever encountered...
