FF724 : Tax entry not possible in this item

Dear All,

We are trying to post a manual entry to an Output Tax account with 0% tax code. The system asks for the Tax base amount. On entering the value and clicking on "Continue" we get the following error message:

"Tax entry not possible in this item".

While we try to Determine Tax base amount we get the following error message "Tax posting with record 0 (code ) is not possible"

We have maintained the tax code in Condition record through FV11.
