Role folder not showing when trying to publish query in Query Designer

I am trying to publish a query to a role in Query Designer but the folder for the specific role I want to publish it to is not showing up. We recently upgraded to BW 7.3 SP5, Im not sure if this is a note related issue or not. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

This is a net new role as well.
