EP6 SP2 Restrict no. of users viewed in Group / Long time to bring up list

Hi,

I have a large number of users in a group (>1500) and when I go to assign new users, it can take over 2 minutes to bring up the list of users. I noticed that in EP6 SP11, it won't display more than 200 (gives message "Last search result exceeded the defined max. number of hits 200. Restrict your search"). Is it possible to enable this in EP6 SP2? Where is the limit of 200 users set?

Alternatively, is there any way to reduce the amount of time it takes to bring up the list? We are using a R/3 system for our user storage. Is over 2 minutes for 1500 normal or does it suggest a problem somewhere?
